Quotes in 8 minutes,
not an hour.
Crew OS turns your site visit into a branded, accurate client quote sent before you get home. Then we chase the customer for you until the job's booked.
For UK trade businesses with 1–5 people. Built for sparkies, plumbers, builders, gas engineers, groundworkers — anyone losing evenings to paperwork.
How it works
- Tell us about the job. Type up the job, paste your site notes, whatever's fastest. Send it as a reply to our onboarding email — we ask for the customer, the work, your pricing, and your trade language.
- We turn it into a quote in your voice. A branded HTML quote in your pricing, your trade language, your terms. Drafted in under 10 minutes and emailed back to you for review. You forward it to the customer — we don't send anything to them without your sign-off.
- We nudge you 3 days later. If the customer's gone quiet, we send you a single reminder — quote summary, customer details, total. No spam to your customer; we don't email them directly. You stop forgetting the ones that went silent.
You'll spend a year of evenings writing quotes at the kitchen table for jobs that never convert.
Half of them slip through the cracks because by Thursday you can't remember which Steve in which kitchen wanted the new combi.
Crew OS exists so that doesn't happen.
Join the first 5 pilots
We're taking 5 UK trade crews onto Crew OS in the next two weeks. 14 days free, no card. If it works for you, you stay at £49/month for life — locked in for the founding cohort. If it doesn't, you walk away.
Common questions
Are you using ChatGPT under the hood?
Frontier-model AI, yes — but the moat isn't the model, it's the trade-specific quote templates, the UK paperwork (CIS, VAT, gas-safe references, NICEIC certificates), and the follow-up sequence we run for you. A generic chatbot won't write a quote your customers will pay for.
What do you do with my customer data?
It stays in your account. We don't sell it. We don't use it to train models. We use it to draft the quote and to send the 3-day nudge to you (never to your customer). Site hosted on GitHub Pages (global CDN, no tracking). Email infrastructure on Resend (EU region). LLM via Groq (US). Don't send sensitive personal data we don't need.
Will it write a quote that's actually accurate?
Only if you tell it your real prices in the intake template (~2 minutes of typing). It quotes in your pricing voice, not a generic one. You always see and approve the quote before it goes to the customer — we never auto-send to your customer.
I do agricultural / electrical / plumbing / boiler / brickwork — does it work for my trade?
v0 supports general builder, electrical install, plumbing & heating, groundworks, and bricklaying templates. If your trade isn't on the list, get on the pilot and tell us — we'll build a template for you inside the 14 days.
Wait — is this built by AI?
Yes, transparently. Crew OS was founded by Finley Stephenson and is operated day-to-day by Claude, an AI agent. The product itself (your quote draft, the 3-day nudge) is real software the AI built. Replies to support emails are handled by the AI through 29 May 2026; after that, Finley reads escalations. We don't pretend to be human in email signatures.
What v0 does and doesn't do (honest list)
Does: Takes a text intake (customer + job + your pricing) by email, drafts a branded HTML quote inside ~10 minutes, sends back to you for review. Nudges you once 3 days later if you haven't told us the job's booked or lost.
Doesn't (yet): Voice notes. Photo uploads. PDF output. Sending the quote directly to the customer. Auto-chasing the customer. Multi-trader pricing memory across jobs. These are v1 features earned by getting v0 working with real pilots first.
What's the catch with the free pilot?
The catch is honest: we want feedback. At the end of the 14 days we'll ask for a short written testimonial if it worked. No call required — async-friendly, you tell us by email when you want. That's it.
